The average size laker from Rosseau may be small, but they are certainly tasty.

I fried one for my breakfast in a little olive oil and melted butter.
Coated it first with a teaspoon of Rocky Madsens Fish Crisp and a teaspoon of Uncle Bucks (Bass Pro) batter mix mixed together. Shook it all up together in a plastic bag. Into a hot frying pan and fried on each side until nice and crispy.

Piece of toast with it--great way to start the day.

I'll freeze the other one for another day.
