If you have your own boat & motor there is a cabin to rent in Sultan....about 45 minutes from Chapleau. The cabin will sleeps up to 10 people. Has 7 bedrooms, all new beds, fully equipped kitchen, and a bar-b-que. All you need to bring is your sleeping bags, bath towels, paper products and food. lots of lakes to fish for every kind of fish. Wakami park down the road....excellent fishing. A park pass comes with the cabin rental. Miles & miles of ATV trails. No permits required. The # is (705) 233-2863

Horwood lake lodge has what you want, boat launch, boats do come with the cabins though so you can use theirs, a large cabin to fit you all. But do your own cooking, their food wasn't very good. Great fishing too when you learn your way around, it won't take long.

Check out 3Season Camp on Lake Kipawa in quebec
Boats are included for every two people in the rental packages.
I'm going up there this summer. It's been a while - 20 yrs and I'm looking forward to going back. Not sureif it's this exact camp or not though. The one I'm going to I thought was by boat access only.
