Adult Trout Group: Members Posts: 239 Member No.: 2910 Joined: January 15, 2013	I have family in Hornepayne, lakes are still locked up. I would suspect the same in the area you're looking at. Pretty typical that ice does not come out up there until may, almost always good to go by opener. You'll need to check a little closer to your date.
