Im going up to lake lady evelyn on the last weekend of may and want to plan in advance (get tackle). Does anyone know about how deep they will be holding and what lures are doing good right now or have done well in the past. Anything helps thanks.

Ben, I use exclusively 1/4 and 3/8 round jig head tipped with a med minnow. Working 20-30ft depths on drop offs and work the bait up the drop offs for the big females. LE is a special place. I'm going to Garden Island Lodge for opener and always have great success in the main lake basin. Good luck!!!
