Alright my friend, enough woodworking-get making some ice so you can test out your sled. Nice job.

My only question is how much beer can it hold?

Depends on just how much other stuff you want to put in it . Just beer id say roughly 100-150 depending on brand and packaging. Enough for a couple hours anyways.

Put a bit more work in today on the smitty. I added the external rod holders with my fish-proof deadbolt lock. I attached a fold down shelf on the outside. I also added the tow rope and took it for a spin on the dusting of snow we got here. She handled alright maybe it was the leaves still on the ground but the skiis really put a lean on when i tried to turn it. So I am going to find a better way of bracing them.

I like the design of your rod holder. If you don't mind I'm going to borrow it to make my own.

It's dead easy. Just make sure you have a long enough drill bit to reach through the pipe. Oh and some sand paper to smooth it out. Let me know if you're planning a walk accross this winter.
