Just looking for some info on ice fishing sparrow lake, are there any areas that are unsafe ice due to any current etc? i.e. narrows or the channel. any info would be great!

a friend lives on sparrow ,he said last night he was on the ice finding 6 inches in the spot he was at. not to say the whole lake is safe, ill be going there this week, he said he was fishing today and give me a call with his findings

What's the current like at the north end of the lake??
Walking out from the public launch up there..If anyone has any info to share about that area please post or PM me..
