You can try some of the outfitters in the Algonquin region.
I KNOW Basecamp Algonquin in Kearney rents them, however due to a family illness they won't be doing winter rentals this year.

Snowtrekker is a major player in the winter tent market, you could google them see if you're able to find someone renting them.
I thought I remember a place in London renting them, but can't remember exactly.

You could also google Hot Tent Rentals; you should be able to find something.
Sorry I can't be more specific, but this is a start.

I'd briefly looked into the same thing last winter. Had thought about trekking into a back lake and setting up camp on shore for a couple days.

Hope this helps.

A week would be hardcore. But it would certainly be memorable.

I use a pop up with a cot for winter camping - proper sleeping bag though. Could probably run the heater all night with proper venting but I find it unnecessary. A couple winters ago I saw a guy in Lake Superior Provincial Park camping in his Frabill pop up on shore. He had sewn a stove jack into the side of his hub for hot tenting. Looked like a pretty nice set up.
