Only a couple of weekends before walleye opener. I will be heading to lake scugog for walleye opener. Where is everyone else headed? Can anyone share any tips tricks to use on scugog.

Unique Hook Shape: The special kinked shank is what creates the slow corkscrew turning action that fish can’t resist. When threaded with half of a night crawler and trolled at slow speeds, the Slow Death Hook produces a wild action and reaches areas that blade presentations typically skip over. They look good my have to give them a go on Lake st.john and lake dalrymple. Two good lakes for walleye.O.k one of the lakes is in Kawartha.

Yeah, slow death works on catching lots of different species too. I've caught bass and panfish as well. I can't do the opener since our boat will be in the Thousand Islands and I will be in Ajax. Hubby has to work as well so probably no shore fishing unless we do pike locally in Frenchman's bay.

Not sure what size i was using. I'm at work now. But don't forget to put a swivel on the other end of the leader because of the spin the hook does. Cheers!
