Well I have finished my sled. It's made to sit on if the weather is nice. The box has two hinged lids and is deep enough to hold every thing you need including 5 gal pails or 20lb prop bottle. Beside the box is where the Pop-Up fits. When traveling the 30 Jiffy sits on top of the box. The sled will fit inside the Pop-Up if I don't want to carry chairs. I've had it in 2 ft of snow without any problems.

Nice

How heavy is the whole thing? 4 more walls and a roof and you got a permanent hut!

SDC,
I can lift it in and out of the SUV, But yes I may make another and use 1/4" ply. But at the moment it pulls OK. The ski's are 3 1/2" wide and 66" long with steel edges. I also wear old stile snow shoes good for my 200 + lbs.
