Hello everyone
Since I moved to pentang last fall I only had time for one outing for salmon before I thought it was to late to find fish. I have downrigged before on Huron when I lived in that area but now I am kind of lost as to where to find fish and when to start looking in these waters? Does anyone else make time to get out after salmon in the area? I don't know about anyone else here but I find it one of the most enjoyable ways to fish....other than on the ice of course!

I don't start to fish southern GB until August, but in the last few years I haven't had much luck with the salmon off Wasaga Beach.

Sept., Oct. and November can be good for rainbow. I fish long leads--100ft or more behind the boat when flat lining or using riggers.

Best spoon colors have been red/siver and blue/silver.
