To my friend OLDTIMER I have found, based on 30 years of past experience that the perfect combination for walleye fishing in Severn sound is the lilac in full bloom and mayfly hatch coinciding with one another. This event annually occurs from may 23-29 consistently. I have kept records of my own that indicate this. It has yet to fail me so far but for some unknown reason the walleye are becoming scarce ANY IDEA WHY???

Yes thank you Jerry. Best to launch from one of the 3 marinas in waub preferably Bridgeview marina. A season pass is 350.00 from ice out to freeze up no crowds lots of parking and nice owners.
Sometimes I launch three times a day so a season pass is what I have. Washroom and shower included!!
