After a tough week with cold temps and sunny days we finally caught a break. Pulled the apprentice out of school a bit early to setup for the afternoon. Didnt see any birds in this field all week. But it is a great late season spot. So we decided to give it a shot. Glad we did!

Way to go!!!, I was hoping to get out for the late season hunt but I went scouting a couple of times throughout the week hoping to get out Saturday but there was nothing in my area, How far south are you I live in Ramara and haven't seen any Geese as of yet.

In the guelph area. Our best zone went to Sunday gun hunting 2 years ago which makes things tough. Most birds are on the rivers.
