LMAO Charley and I have done that a couple of times in my lifetime without regret . Hit it was to my bank account but never a loss considering I had my dog with me and if I had to do it again , I don't think it would change . My happiness came with me .
Mr Chevy . It's been awhile now and time you get back on that horse again bud . That wound never completely heals . After I buried my lab Misty it took me awhile but after losing my springer after her last year I said screw this BS . Took the bull by the horns and reserved Miss Lucy within days . 8 weeks later I brought her home and never looked back since .
Many great rescues as I'm sure you are aware of out there lad . Great things they do but having gone through it to get a darn Cat the year before jumping through the hoops getting my name put into a hat I wasn't going that route again . It took me awhile but I just found a lab that has basic obedience training for a bud and is only 2 years old . No side issues although apparently she eats her own poop .LOL She is a lot of dog for some as in energetic . I have had her here before and definitely boisterous but immediately recognized that nose to hunt .
No longer available but I can keep my feelers out Kerry if you are looking . As usual I went to a breeder again but I would have taken this lab Dutchess but I buried my lab Misty with her decoys with shotgun and put that part of my life away .
Then there was Charlie . HA ,HA
And now there is Miss Lucy my latest and greatest .. Its never totally about the breeding or breed nor a pedigree . You see all the pics posted Kerry ? Only breed missing might be a pug and they are loveable too .LOL I think they all are cool .
Want to have a wild day Chevy and give me a break ? Come get this heathen . LOL Only time I let her go was with a good friend after the loss of her pup . Next thing I know she got another but a Boykin .Get your feet wet .Spend a a day with a dog on your own . Good therapy .
