I'm going to give my father a fishing charter for father's day. It doesn't have to been anytime soon because I really want to maximize the action. I've only been out on Georgian Bay once for trout/salmon and that was on Thanksgiving a few years ago. We left from Meaford harbour and over 6 hours we only caught three fish - I really don't want to repeat that!
Looking for suggestions about location and timing. If anyone wants to recommend a specific charter operator I'm all ears. Does not have to be limited to Georgian Bay either - really just trying to maximize the fishing action! Anywhere in Southern Ontario may work.

Thanks for the input everyone! I heard the name Longshank too many times to ignore - so I contacted him and we're going to make it happen.
Krawler - sorry that I enticed you into breaking the rules my bad!
Good call, longshank knows his stuff.

Thanks for the tip! I don't have much useful input for people... I guess I better start telling people "nice fish!" so I can reach the 25 post mark lol
