Hi all,

was wondering how do you guys clean your reels ( what kind of grease or lube you using?) ….. also how to get dirt outta your reel?

Dont use grease or reel lube. Learned that the hard way. I used a qtip with some rubbing alcohol to remove all sand and dirt. On the bearings a drop or 2 of sewing machine oil and she will spin like brand new.

Thanks VBB, really appreciate the info... that was my biggest fear doing something that would F*** up my reel.
