Hastings: Ultimate Fishing Town
Hastings is celebrating today after being crowned the World Fishing Network's Ultimate Fishing Town in Canada.

Hastings gained almost 90 thousand votes (88,997). Colborne came in second with around 45,000 votes (46,646).

WFN will announce the winner officially on June 6th.

Hastings has won $25,000 to use towards fishing related caused and will be featured on the network.

I was voting for Gananoque but noticed Hastings blowing every other town away. I'll have to get out that way sometime in the future to check it out.

First time fishing there this year and i cant say the fishing is bad at all .

I will have to agree with all those votes !


What i like about the place is that you can head out any time of the day and pound on many different species of fish . Maybe beginers luck .
