Smoked Atlantic Salmon, Centra Supermarket in Barrie

World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 4902 Member No.: 67 Joined: February 10, 2011	I've smoked lots of fish, but never an Atlantic and my chances of catching one are not all that high. The Asian supermarket Centra in Barrie has whole Atlantics on sale this week for $3.99lb. I'm going to go and get one in the morning. Will smoke it on Sunday. Centra has other locations, but I'm not sure if all have the salmon on sale. SDC

Decided to do them in the wet brine, rather than the dry cure I use for "Indian Candy". Should be in the Bradley around 9:30 in the morning. SDC
