Its been a long time since I've posted anything but I have a few moments to sit at the computer and I've happened to just come back from fishing...
I hit lake Ontario last night (might or might not have been in the Port Hope area) looking for some salmon action. The people on shore were saying they haven't seen many fish in the channel so my confidence wasn't high heading to the lake. After a short paddle it was renewed. Once you got past the break wall it was a jumping/splashing frenzy. It was nice because they were grouped up just off the current coming out of the river. It didn't take long to hook my first fish and I think I ended the evening going 5/8. These things are absolutely crazy fun on bass gear. I used a glow moonshine spoon the entire time (reeled very slow) Usually the bite is pretty lite but they were crushing it.
ON TO THE FISH PORN!
These fish can be extremely hard to hold for a picture so here are some out takes
I'm hoping to start posting some more reports soon.

Those are some big slobs. Wicked. Must have been a blast. I can’t believe those fish haven’t run yet being that dark. I guess we should expect another run in soon.
