Smoking Fish, Good Article-Great Lakes angler Magazine

I subscribe to Great Lakes angler magazine and it is a good publication with lots of good articles and useful tips for fishing.

In addition to the "hard copy" magazine, I get e-mails from them with articles from time to time.

Here is a good one if you are into smoking fish.

I used to use a Luhr Jensen "Little Chief", but like me it got old and I liked the greater flexibility the Bradley gives me now.

I miss my smoker. All the electronics worked on mine still but the cabinet rotted out. I have turned an old bbq into a shi**y trade off for a smoker but it’s so so at best.

One of the many purchases I want but have to wait for.

I bought a Bradley and use it often. my mistake was not going to the digital model. I didn't know if I would use it enough, so saved like $60 and now regret it. I smoke fish, venison, cheese in mine. Cheese I just use the box with a cylinder smoker inside the Bradley to keep temp down.
