Dredge fish in almond flour, dip in egg and milk mix, then “bread” in a mix of almond flour, a small amount of panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, lemon pepper seasoning, and dill. Lightly sprinkle paprika on both sides. Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes so breading can adhere better.
Pan fry in a mix of olive oil and butter. I use a lettuce wrap and added home made tartar sauce and coleslaw. My husband is not on Keto but prefers the lettuce wrap instead of a flour tortilla.

Thanks a lot for the recipe , Nicole . I am on a ketogenic diet for a while now. Lost 20 pounds , got my blood sugars from prediabetic levels to normal and overall feel much much better . I recently found this keto pizza recipe by Dr Berg where the crust is made out of cauliflower, mixed with cheese and eggs. Will try to do it this weekend. That keto pizza looks awesome. Will be making it for sure. As well as the Keto tacos. Thanks for that.
