Cauliflower can tend to be a "bland" vegetable unless you do something to spice it up.
I discovered this recipe recently and it turned out very well.
I only did 2 steaks, so obviously I cut down on the oil & spices.
Also, I was doing a roast of pork at the time at 325 degrees, so rather than do the steaks at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, I did them at 325 for 40 minutes and turned them after 20 minutes.
My wife and I enjoyed them and I have already made them a second time. A head of cauliflower tends to go a long way with just the 2 of us.

Ralph, you are the man! We just finished supper, had rice, bbq cranberry/maple sausages from our local butcher ( shout out to Orr’s Meats in Parry Sound), and your cauliflower recipe. We eat a fair bit of cauliflower and that was the absolute best way I’ve ever had it. Didn’t use oregano as my wife is allergic to it, and chopped up some fresh rosemary we had instead of dried, but otherwise I did it the same as the recipe and it was fantastic! Thanks a bunch for a new dish we’ll be definitely doing again

Well Ralph, tried it last night with my smoked deer. It was good, but probably stick to just boiling it. I really like cauliflower so boiling fine with me, just took to much work for me.

If you want the quick way.. just chop up the cauliflower, throw it in a bag with some oil, shake, dump in a pan, sprinkle whatever on it, and do the parmesean after (optional). It is so easy my 12 year old son actually volunteers 'to cook' and he thinks boiling eggs is work. LOL
