Well since it is a really quiet Easter Sunday, first one in 28 years since kids can't come home and we can't go there. I thought I would put a picture of a peach pie I just got ready for the oven. We will be having ham, scallop potatoes, sweet corn we put in freeze from last summer. The peaches are from freezer as well from last summer. If you guys have not tried this you should. Get Free stone peaches and put them in a freezer bag the way you picked them up. When want to make pie, bring out 5 or 6 for the pie, let them sit for a few hours in sink. When ready to make filling just run luke warm water over them for a bit and the skin will almost fall off, then just slice add sugar and whatever else you put in. Pie comes out as good as if the peaches were just picked.

Wow, Steve, that looks really good.

If you lived closer I would be asking about delivery.

We are having roast turkey, broccoli and rice casserole, brussels sprouts, stuffing,
giblet gravy and M&M cheese cake slices for dessert. It will be washed down with my homemade wine.

Ralph, if I lived closer we would have to make a trade on delivery, wine for pie. just took it out of oven, here is the finished product.

Looks delicious.
It was ham, scallop potatoes and corn in my household tonight as well.
Cheers
