I double the recipe, and make 2 batches one today maybe the other the next rainy day. As this recipe used butter milk which I find terrible. So I buy a litre use half today and the other half before it goes bad, if that is possible to tell.

For the size of the rhubarb, I take about 16 stakes cut length wise then cut into small pieces but not to fine. I will show picture of finished product with exactly how many it made.
This afternoon will be making walleye cakes from last summers fish.
