MDB started a topic about pickling and while I'm "into food" and do a lot of cooking, I don't make pickles. I will eat a few, but I cannot be bothered to make them.

Something I do make a lot of is various chutneys. I like them with poultry, pork, hot dogs and smoked sausages.

I make 4 kinds. Cranberry/orange, banana, rhubarb and peach. When they are finished cooking, I put them into the small mason canning jars, seal them and once cooled into the freezer. They keep indefintely that way and once I bring a jar out to use, they keep in the fridge for several months.

First recipe is the cranberry/orange.

Banana

Last note on the recipe is 2016, but I have made it several times since then.
