Just looking to see if anybody has tried out one of the adapters. Would like to get one but not sure of costs to hook up into the cellular network. Would be great for hunting but especially for security at our hunt camp in Bancroft, Ontario area since been having a number of break ins. Thank you in advance.

would it be the same as the link micro, if so here are the costs for the whole camera version.

1st 100 pictures are free, then go to SD card
Basic is 250/month pictures, $5/month
standard 1000/month pictures, $10/month
premium, unlimited pictures, $15/month

like i said this is for the link micro camera. not sure if same.

Should be the same. If you subscribe to the plan for the whole year, you get a bit of a break on the monthly fees.

beachcomber is correct you get a break. I only put cameras out for deer season and turkey season and don't pay for any of the plans, try to keep it under a 100. Which for deer season worked last year, but turkey not so, as got to farmer doing a lot of field work. But I will buy by the month if I'm going over in the deer season.

Within 2 minutes.
They are a game changer. I shot my biggest scoring buck with the help of these cameras last year.
We got our first daytime picture of him and i shot him the next evening!

always been about 2 minutes, but there is a firmware update that is supposed to help with that. I did the update and it failed, I guess android phones have an issue. They said to give them 24 hours, figure I will give them till Wednesday which will make it 5 days. The new app was uploaded, but the firmware number was still old and the lights didn't flash like they were supposed to.

Beachcomber, I want one of those bucks.

Beachcomber: Really! "My brother lost a bull about the same time last December?"

That's quite an animal. Pure envy here. Congrats!
