Well I have debated for a long time, should I buy the digital model or just keep my original bradley.
Well I get email from Bradley that digital is 100 cheaper then CTS. So decide to bit the bullet and since I saved 100 decided to spend it on the cold smoker adapter, as I have 20lb of cheese in the freezer waiting for it to get cold outside.
Now to wait for it to come in.
Guess I will see if my oldest boy wants a smoker.
Going to fire up the old one today to do a deer roast, maybe this will be the last time I use it.
Well pulled trigger today, on new Bradley
