Nice work that sausage ring looked awesome man I would slide that onto the grill or cast iron and cook it whole. Never made sausages before but I took a note of your recipes for future use. Thanks for posting it's nice to have fresh reading material.

Ok so I tried the Krackle and threw it away. My home now stinks like grease a smell I do not like. The Krackle itself was so hard I was afraid of breaking a tooth, I don't understand why people would eat it, or, in my case attempt to eat it. The shoulders and bones are now rubbed and ready for a 16 hour smoke, using apple chunks, a apple cider wash. Slow smoked pulled pork recipe and pictures to follow later.
