Banana Nut muffins, lock down time

While making muffins today after walking dog. Traffic was about half normal this morning.

So making 2 batches of muffins today. Using up some of the frozen bananas that are in the freezer. This is a basic banana muffin mix that I add crushed walnuts. Wife started making these muffins when the kids were small, she added chocolate chips. I started making them before Christmas and thought I'd try walnuts, much better in my opinion.

Nice, I dumped all mine into a loaf pan this morning to make banana bread. There's nothing like that smell of fresh baking in the house.

I like that smell as well but wow bananas seem to have a way of collecting in my freezer. I love it when my other half makes banana bread. Those look tasty enjoy.
