Wife and I got out to a lake above simco yesterday. Weather was good with little to no wind and bright and sunny, only downfall was it was cold..
This trip managed 3 fish 2 pike and one perch..
Love fishing with the wife and if we would have caught nothing I'd do it again..
Hers a pic of the best pike, not to big but enough for lunch today..He was the only fish worth keeping.

Forgot to add, OPP and mnr where out checking licenses and made sure we weren't breaking any covid rules..They checked one hut and about ten minutes later the 4 guys packed up and left.pretty sure they weren't from the same residence..don't know for sure as I couldn't talk to them..
Follow the rules and you should be ok.....

Pike are delicious, especially through ice, and keeping them on lakes where they’re invasive helps the other fish. Side by side with walleye on the table and can barely tell the difference.

Nicely done Magnet. Sadly, I still haven’t been out.
