Went to Zehrs in Barrie this AM to get a brisket. Didn't get one--GOT 2. 10lbs each.
I will smoke one this Saturday, eat some of it and then portion out, vac. seal and freeze.
The other has a best before date of May 6, so it will get smoked in about 10 days and then the same process as the first.
That will give us lots of smoked brisket for the next few months.
SDC
