Rhubarb is liking this weather as long as I give it some water. I have pulled it twice now. I make rhubarb/walnut muffins, rhubarb stew and freeze a couple pies worth each pulling.

Those muffins look tasty. I may have to buy some rhubarb as I don't have the plant at home anymore.
