World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 4902 Member No.: 67 Joined: February 10, 2011	Smoker alert. Great price re the above. I plan to get 1 or 2 and the Bradley will be in action in the near future. After smoking, I cut it into meal size pieces, vacuum seal them and freeze. They keep for months that way. SDC

World Record Trout Group: Members Posts: 4902 Member No.: 67 Joined: February 10, 2011	Went to Barrie Friday afternoon and got 2 nice briskets, 9.0 and 10.5 lbs. Today I trimmed the smaller one and applied lots of dry rub. It is now wrapped in saran and back in the fridge. Bradley will be in action in the morning. SDC
