Got off work at 6am my friend drove I had a nap. We changed our muskie day to today. My friend caught 3 muskie...lost two. I fished for walleye and got two. We fished up and down balsam right on the weed line trolling and casting. I was casting into the weeds...he was casting into the 18 foot drop offs. Caught some pan fish as well. Here is some of the big lures we brought. Weather was mostly cloudy a bit of breeze here and there and humid.

I see my leafs are losing 3-0 not too happy about this. Back to work tomorrow night. Be fishing again in 7 or 8 days. Can't wait, stay safe.

One muskie he lost at boat was the gold deep runner. Another he lost was on the green and red wiggle wart with the purple zoom worm. The big muskie in the picture the wiggle wart again but a red zoom worm. One pike was 5diamonds the other was a brown zoom worm by itself. My walleye was silver crank bait, the other walleye was same crank bait but gold. No hits at all on that big spinner and two hits I think on the big fake perch. I have had that perch for ten years and it still has not caught a fish. LOL The pike and muskie hit it, but still no catch yet.

We had huge minnows as well, but he is saving them for the rain tomorrow. I guess he is just going to sit out there and wait for sound in the drag. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Yes it was, but I did not word my first paragraph correctly. My friend had 3 muskie on the line today. He lost one at the boat, the other a bit further out. So he really only caught one. I read my post again and it reads like he had five on in total. Just one, and the pike as well, he had a great day of fishing. I like it when I take someone fishing and they catch fish. For me it does not matter too much because I like to drive the boat. I have to get out on boats more, didn't do that much this year. Almost forgot how much fun they can be.
