I was hoping that the fish would be really hungry when I went fishing with my friend and two new friends from here on the forum. Weather was great with some fish but no big walleye. It was nice to meet new friends an old for a few hours of fishing. Here is an example of some of the fish we caught.

I had a real problem with this critter Mink for an hour. He was trying to get in my stuff around 3am had to finally throw water at him to scare him off. He had a lot of attitude following me and hanging around right at my feet while I fished. You cant here them sneak up on you and you do not see them until they hop on or around your boots. They are almost harmless but do not feed them because they can get a vicious as a gremlin.

We did have some excitement around 9.30pm but I am waiting for reelingmachine to post. It is not my story to tell. So we will all have to wait until he tells it.

Nice!
I was thinking about you guys Wednesday afternoon when fishing for perch. It was a calm sunny day so I figured the night fishing would be good on Balsam.

Looks like a great night out with some new friends. That mink would make for unusual company. I have seen them out ice fishing , they can be a bit of a pest. I am sure the big walleye will show up you always seem to find them.

A beautiful night to fish. Nice to meet you guys and congrats to Victor on his muskellunge !
I never know is it musky or muskie , let's take a poll ?
I spell it muskie not sure if that is right. I took this picture off the internet...nice to know these mink eat goby. It is such an ugly and invasive fish.
