These are amazing and maybe even better the next day for lunch just reheated in microwave, so make extra.

We used the part of the goose breast that always seems to be seperated from the breast, we call it the loin. and 1 dove breast.

So half a slice of beacon, a portion of the loin the width of the beacon or 1 dove breast, a sliver of jalapeno pepper, a dab of cream cheese.

Roll it up and squire with tooth pick. Place in container and add soya sauce, rotating them once and awhile to cover all portions. At least 30 minutes, few hours or more doesn't hurt.

pre heat BBQ to medium and place poppers on grill, cook till beacon cooked and rotate so beacon cooked on all sides, I'd say 12 mintures or so.

Steve dropped by my place yesterday and brought his yellow Lab "Sam" so that my wife Sandy could renew acquaintances with her.

At the same time he gave me some of the goose fillets and told me of his recipe.

I made them for lunch today--very good.

I'm not a fan of Jalapeno's, so I used green onions instead.

Thanks Steve.

Final product, thought we would have some left for lunch tomorrow, but wife and I ate them all.
