Can anyone help with areas for pickerel on georgian bay. I have a water front cottage on Kettle's Beach (Awenda Provincial Park) and do a lot of bass fishing around Beausoleil and Honey Harbour but i need some help finding areas for walleye. I fish the French and Nippising for walleye but i know that i am missing areas closer to my cottage. Can anyone help steer me to ares that hold walleye in the southern Georgian Bay area? Also interested in possible crappie spots in my area.

Try east side of Snake or west tip of Present in 15 ft drifting with worm harnesses…slow as possible…

You are so lucky to live so close to the walleye and crappie. I hope you have detailed charts of Georgina Bay. All you have to do is get back into those areas all up the east side and you will find walleye and crappie. All those islands and channels hold the fish you are looking for. Check the regulations on the walleye. The specifics on walleye are quite different from where you fish in zone 11 compared to zone 14. I have not fished up there in years, another member may be able to help out better, but go deep into those back areas. Good luck and stay safe. Don't run out of gas. And don't get lost in there, I did once at night. LOL.
