The 2 middle fish had sucker like mouths… i thought they were whitefish? Do you think they are actually herring?

100% herring. The bottom jaw/lip extends passed the upper lip, whitefish are the other way where top lip overhangs bottom lip. Great sized herring. You know there are big lakers in there that eat those in one bite.
