Ditto with the non waterproof. Mine got wet on a trip last fall while raining. Busted. These things are obviously heavily used by fishermen. Like hell I'm stopping fishing because of rain. Beats me why they didn't make them waterproof. Ill happily carry a couple extra pounds for reliability.
