The weather looks good for the next four days fishing the Kawarthas. Fingers crossed that it does not rain on Sunday. The fish should cooperate and hit your baits out on the lakes. It is time for them to start putting on weight for winter. I am hoping to get up there on Monday. Still have two more family birthdays, and my 14 year anniversary to my best friend in the whole world is tomorrow. She truly is my better half and then some. Always listening to my new fishing tales and even some of the old ones with an attentive smile on her face. And can also tell me to shut up, or finish up my fishing story politely. Does not matter what we are doing, cooking, cleaning, laundry or other chores. Watching a movie or out of the house doing something. Good times and not so good times. Even when she was sick with her heart, that just made us stronger. There is not one moment I would trade in the past, present and future with this women.
