I have been without a tow vehicle all Summer and now have a new one, so a chance to get out fishing again. I want to go to Meaford on Thursday, but all my usual fishing friends are not able to go or I cannot make contact with them. Anyone want to join me? The boat is a 16ft Legend with a 40hp 4 stroke and has 2 Scotty electric downriggers. I'm 81 and I promised my wife I would not go out solo anymore, so that is why I'm looking for someone to come out with me. If you want to join me, send me a PM. SDC ( Ralph)

Sorry, the seat is filled. I had tried to reach "Knuguy" earlier in the day and he just returned my message and he is OK for Thursday. This will be my first time out this year, because of the car problems. SDC

Glad to hear you're getting back out! Good call on taking a fishing partner too. Regardless of your age, having someone else in the boat is not only a great safety feature, it's a great way to kill time between fish. I have to admit, I often feel foolish arguing with myself about what spots I should be hitting. Good luck!!
