Passing of a Popular Angler., "Frenchie" of Collingwood

If you've fished southern Georgian Bay over the past 40+ years, Frenchie (Richard Perrier) is a popular angler you may have chatted with along a shore, a river bank, or at a boat launch. Big man, big heart, and big fisherman. He passed away earlier this week at home. For sure he'll be remembered when the spring trout season begins. R.I.P. Frenchie!
