Canceled, Outfitter canceled need hut for weekend

Are outfitter just called and canceled looks like they’re taking huts off the ice.
Any outfitter have an open 6 man bungalow for this weekend?

same here. with Ice Bungalows, seems everyone else is still operating but they have decided to pull their huts, this is two years in a row now for our group. sucks! ice safety first

Ya same here, apparently the road through the bay is scary cause it’s so shallow.

I have heard of 3 outfitters that run out from fish bay have now have cancelled. Not sure if two are just this weekend or not but one is definitely calling it a season.

Environment Canada is calling for colder temps starting tonight which will hopefully help the rest of the outfitters.

We are on South Bay and have had above freezing temps day and night for close to 3 weeks now. Some of the lows have been just below freezing but many have been above as well.

FYI The attached was posted on the Nipissing Township Facebook page re the area around the lake access near Birchgrove Road.
