If that's "my" lake, I haven't been out since it got really cold and it doesn't look like there is enough snow on that lake to be "my" lake. Sunday? I was clearing snow. Have been out clearing the snow almost everyday since the storm started Tuesday night. Tomorrow? I'll be clearing the snow that fell today while I was out and more snow to come tomorrow. But why are you asking me??? I haven't fished much in years. Was out for just a few hours a week ago Monday (skunked...and I'm going to blame it on all the snow and not on my lack of experience with fishing these shallow water trout).

We've talked about that spot before and I thought I'd send you a pic! I didn't have trout luck either, just one laker.

Lots of fish on the ice during that storm, the 50kph winds kept the snow moving to the SW! There was plenty on the causeway on the way home.

Anyway, ice is good enough for your snowdog!

Best of luck.

I don't think that was me? I don't have a Snow Dog or any other snow machine...I'm a walker. Kind of sounds like Xiaolu maybe? And if that is the lake around where I live, it probably is Xiaolu, who fishes from that spot alot when the ice is good to go. Good to hear you got a laker.

More snow again. Snow squall warning of another 15-25cm possible.

Hello John, no, that's not me.

I see this topic and posts are in Kawartha forum, I literally never (or very rarely) fish that region.

If we are talking about the lake in Muskoka region near where you are John, and where I have ice fished many years, I didn't know the ice is already ready on that lake? I am kind of still waiting for its ice!:-) Cheers
