Does anybody know what exactly happened to Taj. I've seen a recent video where he had gauze wrapped around his head and his left arm was on a sling under his shirt. Apparently he had an accident and wasn't wearing his helmet at the time. Can't believe an experienced guy like him not taking precautions while on ice, never mind the legality of not wearing a helmet. Anyway, I hope he is getting better and glad he escaped serious injury.

I think they were joking in the video about him not wearing a helmet. I`ve noticed he is always wearing a helmet when I see him out.

Yeah, they were laughing and maybe the gauze on the head was for joke, he looked OK other than the left arm. Wish him a fast recovery too.

Yes he always wears a black helmet anytime I have been there. Hope he has a speedy recovery.

Anyone been out at bolster recently? Any certain depth you found perch concentrated at? Thank you

Taj was telling me he slipped on land in his compound. As for perch in port bolster, I fished away from the huts 25fow two weeks ago short and right of the shoal and did ok....nothing huge but consistent waves

Is it possible for walkers to fish in Port Bolster? I've never fished there and would like to get on some perch before my flight away. TIA!
