I'm surprised I haven't seen anything really posted about Scugog this season...with the exception of the one swimmer very early in the season. Anyone been out fishing or know how it held up through the recent warm weather? I'm thinking of getting out this week there for the first time this season.

I would recomnend you wait a bit. The ice has thinned and has opened up in quite a few areas. They pulled a skidoo out on Sunday.

I had to go down to Bowmanville today and crossed the causeway at Port Perry. Looked like a couple of people out a long way North of the highway. SDC

Guess the warm winter has really ruined it for the ice fishing. Any suggestions on good places that have some huts to rent and get ?

Well I guess I can’t speak for the whole lake as far as boating conditions go, because I have no idea on that. I was more so commenting on the ice fishing situation. Video was at cesarea.
