Cross your fingers, the weather telling - possibly no one need any glasses
This is for Niagara, considered to be the best place to see that...

I still remember being in NS with Carly Simon's ex in 1970. It was quite impressive.

There will be anglers that catch a fish during the eclipse. They may atribute that catch directly to the eclipse. There will also be anglers that don't catch a fish. They may say the eclipse ruined the fishing on Monday. One thing for sure is, there is no way to measure the affects of Mondays extraordinary happening.

Well I can safely say perch definitely approve of eclipses, biggest of the day sitting in at 14.5” hit DURING the eclipse funnily enough. The bite was on fire all day and every single fish was over 10 inches… probably the quickest limit of perch ever for me!

Buddies were out fishing whitefish and bite was tough all morning, until the sky began to darken during the eclipse, then the whitefish were biting hot for 30min. I think they managed 5 whitefish and a couple trout. I was just getting out there with my boy when the sky was darkening, really cool ambiance. I managed one in the short time I was out there. Lots around in the graph they just weren’t on fire like day before. This photo is peak darkness where we were around Haliburton. No wind at all during the eclipse.
