As we get older, we don't seem to get to go camping in a year as much as we used to....it should be the opposite.
I've I been backcountry camping for as long as I can remember and I thought I couldn't love it more but after the big "pause" with the pandemic ....it's all new again and I appreciate it so much....everything from cooking, chopping wood, fire, comfort even fishing is a more difficult task yet easy because I love it. We were ready for inclement weather but it was easy and perfect...we fished for dinner and the pike were cooperating.

very nice, I sure do miss camping. Something about a camp fire, sleeping in a tent and coffee in the morning, even if it rains.

Nice fish. Nothing better than visiting with Mother Nature.
