Dang I cant seem to get out as I have now cancelled two charters for Steelhead in as many weeks and the next two weeks are a disaster for weather by Owen Sound....fricking wind and now snow coming in....the season may be over and have that lull till first ice.
I see a opening for Tuesday Nov 26 and rebooked for the morning of. The weather permitting at that time off course.
If I get out {{{{{{{{{I will give a Steelhead report}}}}}}}}}}} of the journey.
Fingers crossed and prayers answered.
Monday will be even better but Captain Tony is booked.

I went to Sarnia last Sun, was 35/50 S/SW, was bumpy but doable. It was hard to control drift but we got fish. Wouldn't have gone with other wind directions.
Good luck in the Spring, hoping to go there too, but not on charter

Sorry about your fishing adventure Arnie. I am staying home as well. Don't want to get blown off the bank into the water. And I would look pretty stupid wearing a life jacket standing on the grass.
