Couchiching Ice report

Adult Trout Group: Members Posts: 202 Member No.: 14782 Joined: December 12, 2017	Decided to Check out the ice at Couchiching this morning (with floater jacket and ice picks). I thought with the bit of cold we’ve had that there would be about 4” (bait shop owner said there was about 4”) however it seems the snow might have insulated the ice as there is ONLY 2” OF SOLID ICE on the south end. Hopefully it thickens up a bit tonight.
