Wow nice big fish, too bad about not seeing the moose. How did the perch taste?

Thanks! Oh we didn’t keep any perch they were too small for eating. Though my grandfather (r.i.p.) would have kept every one even the 3” ones. He had a Romanian guy up the road he would give them to he would make some kind of ground fish patties. I never saw said patties, so this is just part of the mythology haha. I wonder how many ended up in that guys garden.
